A California solar installation company has announced that it is booked for the remainder of 2011 and is beginning advertising for the 2012 calendar year.
Sunvalley Solar, Inc., located in Los Angeles, is one of California's top solar energy companies. The company thinks it will install more commercial-based systems in 2012, than it did in 2011, illustrating the increasing popularity of solar power.
"Sunvalley's engineers and installation team are now fully booked for 2011 installation contracts which were awarded in late 2010 and early 2011," James Zhang, chief executive officer of Sunvalley Solar Systems, Inc., said in a press release. "The sales and marketing team have begun to negotiate contracts for 2012 with potential new and existing customers in Palm Desert, Anaheim, Pasadena and other cities in the greater Los Angeles area."
The company also plans to invest in solar farms in order to take part in power company Southern California Edison's Power Purchasing Agreement, Zhang added.
