San Francisco’s Moscone Center West will host Intersolar North America 2010, the world’s largest solar technology trade fair and the top meeting point for all major players in the solar industry. Organizers are expecting roughly 700 exhibitors and 20,000 trade visitors.

The event will take place July 13-15, aimed at bridging together the North American and global solar markets through discussion and exhibitions. There will also be a job fair for those interested in pursuing a career in the solar industry. The focus will be on photovoltaic and solar thermal technologies. Tickets are free to the public and are valid for all three days.
Originally conceived as a way to improve the industry’s activities relating to global supply, distribution, training and regulation, the event places solar-industry participants among the leaders in global energy supply. Last year’s Intersolar 2009 brought 444 exhibitors and 17,000 trade visitors to San Francisco.
