As part of the its Green Community Program being carried out through the great Los Angeles area, Sunvalley Solar has announced the completion of a 20,520-watt, 72-panel photovoltaic (PV) commercial solar energy system in the southern California city of Arcadia.

Sunvalley’s Green Community Program is an effort to help businesses in the area simultaneously slash their utility bills and their carbon footprint. Sunvalley Solar CEO James Zhang sees the program as a way for businesses to make environmentally conscious decisions while improving the lives of others within the community. The results produced by the system will be projected on an LCD monitor so that all Arcadia residents can see the amount of solar energy being consumed.
