The American Petroleum Institute (API) is organizing its members to demonstrate against climate change legislation in false “grassroots” rallies across the country.
After a tumultuous 2008 funding cycle, New Jersey has made over $27 million available in rebates for residential and commercial consumers looking to install solar electric systems in the state. The application window is February 2-April 30, 2009.
