Just a brief update for those of you following the anticipated public offerings from Chinese solar manufacturer Trony Solar: the IPO isn’t happening after all. Market conditions were unfavorable for the release, and the company has not announced a new release date. As reported today by the Wall Street Journal,
The deal, which was expected to begin trading Thursday on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol TRO, was postponed indefinitely. No new date has been set for its debut.
Trony was going to offer up to 18 million total shares, the public offering at $9-11/share. We’ll keep you updated as Trony releases details on future plans.
