Pristine Sun is a professional full service renewable energy company specializing in COMMERCIAL applications leading the charge to convert America to clean affordable green electricity service.
We are experienced professionals with over 30 years combined experience in renewable energy project development in solar, solar thermal, wind and biofuels - including the site development for a 250 megawatt utility scale wind farm.
As we do not manufacture or install equipment, this gives us an advantage as we can choose best-in-class technology and utilize the highest quality design & installation professionals through our strategic partners. Our Services
Pristine Sun’s Embedded Energy System™ (EES) operates as the “on-site” utility** for your building. We install, own and operate the solar, solar thermal and/or wind system on your property. You buy the energy generated from the system.
If you were to buy a comparable wind, solar or solar thermal system for your property, you would typically spend $30,000 - $50,000 or more to purchase and install the equipment. Our Embedded Energy Service™ does not require you to spend any money up front and there is no down payment. You simply agree to buy the power from us for 20 years. You can buy the system from us at any time. If you move, the agreement transfers to the new property owner.
On average, you can save 10-20%* or more on the electricity produced by your on-site system during the first year. Since energy prices are forecasted to rise higher than inflation, you can achieve even higher savings every year thereafter.
An Embedded Energy System™ (EES) is affordable: no cost other than your power bill. Pristine Sun covers 100% of the cost to design, permit, insure, install, test, warranty, monitor, repair and operate the EES. There is NO COST whatsoever to the host customer, other than the monthly bill we will send for the clean energy our EES produces on their property.
An Embedded Energy System™ (EES) is simple: we offer solar electricity at a discount. We don’t sell equipment or hardware to our customers. Instead, we sell electricity under a 20-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). We own & operate the solar, wind, or geothermal system & simply sell the energy produced by our EES, which is located on - or embedded into - our customer’s property, at a generous 10-20% discount below what they would have paid their existing utility for that same energy. Our customers remain “connected to the grid” so we do not replace their utility, but supplement it to offset most of their existing utility bill.

We’re rare veterans in the industry. Pristine Sun’s core management team each have an average of 10 years’ experience in the development and finance of solar & wind projects, with a combined total of $1 Billion+. In the first six months of 2010 Pristine Sun acquired signed PPAs in hand totaling $20 Million of EES’s, plus added $200 Million of LOIs for additional PPAs to our development pipeline.
