Adrian Burcham P.L.S., President
Mr. Burcham has over 11 years of experience as Land Surveyor in both the public and private sectors. He was licensed in the state of Arizona in 2004. Mr. Burcham spent 8 years as a Senior Technician and GPS Coordinator for SRP and has acted as a Survey Manager in the private sector since 2004. Over the last several years, he taught GPS technology and implementation to many local firms, as well as to Governmental Agencies. Mr. Burcham's knowledge and expertise in Boundary, Control and ALTA/ACSM surveys along with Construction Staking, and Aerial mapping greatly enhances the direction of Radix Survey. His leadership will help Radix Survey's grow by developing and expanding our current staff, cultivating new clients and managing all Land Survey projects.
Jim Crume P.L.S., M.S., CFedS, ADOT Right of Way Specialist and Director of Special Projects
Jim has several decades of land surveying and civil engineering experience. He was first licensed in 1983 in Wyoming and Utah. In 1986 he became licensed in Arizona. He was appointed a United States Mineral Surveyor in 1986. He has been practicing Land Surveying in Arizona since 1990. He became a Certified Federal Surveyor in 2009. He has several decades of computer programming experience related to computer aided drafting and coordinate geometry. He was the pioneer of the use of Digital Signatures in Arizona for professional documents.
His experience includes the preparation of right of way plans, writing legal descriptions, research at title companies and recorder's offices, field surveying and the preparation of plans and specifications for water lines, sewer lines, and streets. In addition, he prepares special provisions, quantity take-offs, and estimates of cost. He also has extensive experience in field surveying for numerous ADOT construction projects in the Phoenix Metropolitan area and right-of-way plans preparation for ADOT. As a project manager he oversees and prepares all elements on a variety of projects. He has many years of practical field experience and office experience in utilizing computers for CADD, word processing, engineering and surveying calculations. He is very experienced in Microstation, AutoCad, Word Perfect, Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus, CogoPC, Traverse PC and many others.
As a United States Mineral Surveyor, he has worked on Mineral Surveys in Wyoming and Alaska. As a consultant, he performed the field surveying, office calculations and drafting for a large mining company in Jeffrey City, Wyoming. As a consultant, he performed the survey analysis, calculations and drafting for a large mining company in Platinum, Alaska.
Lindi L. Dyson, LCSW, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Owner
Lindi received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Arizona State University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Arizona. She began working at Hubbard Engineering in January of 2007 after she and Craig aquired the company. She continued her work as a therapist until December of 2007. Lindi oversees and manages all financial aspect of Hubbard Engineering including payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable. With the expansion of the company in 2010, Lindi has assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Her role now includes detailed project tracking, financial analysis, planning and forecasting.
Ammon Curtis, Director of Business Development
Ammon is responsible for talent growth and acquisition, customer relations, marketing and new business development. By adding Mr. Curtis as a dedicated administrator over Strategic Development, Radix Survey can now offer an even greater amount of value-added services to their client base. Most recently, Mr. Curtis was the Development Manager at Ecolab, Inc where he was responsible for launching new programs and implementing initiatives within the state of Arizona. Mr. Curtis consistently exceeded his targeted annual growth through building strategic partnerships. Curtis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from University of Phoenix.
